Drugiego dnia naszego pobytu wybraliśmy się do Praia da Marinha, wizytówkowe skały Algarve. Na miejsce podjechaliśmy wypożyczonym samochodem, skąd ruszyliśmy na nogach w około trzy kilometrowy spacer do Praia de Benagil.
On our second day of stay in Algarve, we decided to go and see Praia da Marinha, very famous in that region. We drove to the place in a rented car, from where we took a three-kilometer cliff hike towards Praia de Benagil.
Spacer sam w sobie nie był zbyt trudny, ale w upale i z dwójką marudzących podlotków, zabrał nam ponad godzinę. Widoki natomiast zrekompensowały nam wszystko.
The hike wasn’t too difficult but in a hot weather with two moaning kids, it took us more than an hour. Views however, made it up for it.
Gdy dotarliśmy do Praia de Bengil, dzieci chłodziły się kąpielą i lodami, a my zimnym lokalnym piwem 😉
When we reached Praia de Benagil, the kids were cooling down themselves with ice-creams and swimming in the ocean, grown ups enjoyed some cold local beer 😉
Odświeżeni, ruszyliśmy w drogę powrotną, gdzie poraz kolejny mogliśmy podziwiać niesamowite formacje skalne w popołudniowym świetle.
Refreshed, we headed back where we could admire those beautiful rock formations again in the afternoon light.
Dzień zakończyliśmy pyszną kolacją i lokalnym winem 🙂
We finished off the day with a delicious dinner and some local wine 🙂
